Strong Second Quarter Helps Monarchs Shrug Off Warriors

The Westside boys varsity basketball team headed to “The Palace” at Papillion-La Vista High School on Friday night to take on the Monarchs. Behind Caleb Feekin’s 23 points and despite Jadin Booth’s  17 points, the Monarchs grabbed a 59-57 win. The Monarchs outscored Westside, 25-10, in the second quarter on their way to victory. Chase Thompson added 14 for the Warriors.

Westside returns to action on Tuesday, February 14, 2018, when they host Omaha North at 7:15 p.m.
